Her programs are tailored to meet the individual needs of her clients and she provides the right guidance and support to help them achieve their goals

Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer
Amanda Klempel
Amanda started her whole journey as a teen first stepping foot in the weight room and feeling the empowerment that weight lifting gave her. This set off a chain of events as she went to college and became a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and then went on to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has had to work through and around some of her own ongoing joint issues, including a herniated disc, scoliosis, arthritis, and stenosis in her spine. This, combined with having been overweight in her past helps her to better understand her clients. It has pushed her to dig deeper into functional pain management and get her specialization in Movement and Mobility. Amanda loves treating the whole person and helping them to eventually treat themselves.

Personal Trainer
Mary Moree
FUNCTION & FIT, Keep Moving by Mary Moree RN, NSCA - CPT
Mary brings to the team her nursing experience in multiple care settings, including surgical and
post care/rehab knowledge along with enthusiasm for getting clients moving again.
Always a cheerleader but never into sports or gym activities until the lack of being physically fit
hit hard. She underwent her first total knee and did not put that knee to good use. On a family
rafting trip she had to rely on family to provide a hand getting in and out of the raft as well as
walking along uneven terrains. When the trip was over she was faced with relying on others or
getting strong. She went and saw Amanda the same month. Strength won.
That was over 5 years ago, a couple more surgeries and recovering from her last total knee with
the ability to return to work and life in 2 weeks. Mary became her own cheerleader and is able
to enjoy trips that can include walking up to 10 miles a day, continued weight training, and
enjoying a very active lifestyle.
Mary would like to help those that are first time gym users or those experiencing decreased
strength and no longer enjoy their usual routines related to deconditioning. She will be your
cheerleader and get you moving again.
